The Berkeley Guest Suites are located in the area of North Berkeley near popular Solano Avenue's shops and restaurants. We are approximately two miles from the University of California and Downtown Berkeley. San Francisco is easily accessible by car, bus or BART.

From Oakland Airport/South

(Driving time without traffic: about 25 minutes)

• Follow signs to freeway 880
• Take Hwy 880 North towards Oakland/Berkeley/San Francisco
• Stay on Hwy 880 through Oakland
• Stay left following the signs to Hwy 80 East/Berkeley/Sacramento
• When you get on the ramp stay right continuing to follow signs to Hwy 80 East/Berkeley/Sacramento
• Go past Berkeley exits (Ashby Ave., University Ave., Gilman St.)
• Take the next exit – Albany/Buchannan St.
• When you come off the ramp, turn right onto Buchannan St.
• Stay on Buchannan across San Pablo Ave. – you will now be on Marin Ave.
• Continue on Marin Ave. for about a mile to Colusa Ave. (stop Light)
• Go through the light at Colusa – the house is the second house from the corner on the left side of the street with a circular driveway (between the small pink house on the corner and the big green house)
• Go up to the next corner and make a u-turn to come around in front
• Please pull into the driveway (between the second and third tree before the corner) to check-in and unload your suitcases. (Please watch for pedestrians when you pull in.)
  

From San Francisco Airport:

(Driving time without traffic: about 35 minutes)

• Take Hwy 101 North towards San Francisco
• Continue past San Francisco on 101 towards Bay Bridge/Oakland (Hwy 80 East)
• Continue across the Bay Bridge (you are now on Hwy 80 East)
• When you come off the bridge, stay left towards Berkeley/Sacramento/Hwy 80 East
• Continue on Hwy 80 past Berkeley exits (Ashby Ave., University Ave., Gilman St.)
• Take the next exit – Albany/ Buchannan St.
• When you come off the ramp turn right onto Buchannan
• Stay on Buchannan across San Pablo Ave. – you will now be on Marin Ave.
• Continue on Marin Ave. for about a mile to Colusa Ave. (stop Light)
