An attractive and spacious one-bedroom apartment, situated in the lower level of a beautiful home on a quiet residential street in the Berkeley foothills, San Mateo Road has a private, gated entry and covered patio, a well-appointed eat-in kitchen, a separate living room, and French doors leading to the cozy bedroom with a queen-size bed. Extra sleeping accommodations can be provided for a third person.

RATES/TERMS
Berkeley Guest Suites are housekeeping /self-catering units - Guests are responsible for their own cleaning and meals (maid service is available for an additional charge). Reservations may be made for periods from three days to three months.
- Rates are inclusive of tax and are based on 1-2 people occupancy
- Add $20/Night or $100/Week for each additional person

POLICIES
- All Berkeley Guest Suites units are 100% non-smoking. In consideration of others, no smoking is permitted in the units or on the properties.
- We cannot accommodate guest pets.
- Children are welcome in some units. (Port-a-crib available)
- Lighting candles is not permitted in the units.
- Payment
A deposit of one 50% for each unit reserved, is required to confirm your reservation. Balance of charges is payable on the date of arrival. Payment may be made by VISA, Master Card, personal check, traveler's checks, or in cash. Please make checks payable to "Berkeley Guest Suites"
- Cleaning Fees & Security Deposits: Cleaning fees and security deposits are quoted on a per-reservation basis, and are determined by unit and length of stay. Please contact Berkeley Guest Suites for information.

Check-in Time: 3:00- 8:00 PM* (By prior arrangement)
Checkout Time: 11:00 AM
- Cancellations
Cancellations and changes to reservations require 14-30 days notice and $50 - $100 processing fee (depending on length of reservation).
- Refunds or credits will not be made for early departures.
- Discounts available: Inquire about reduced weekly and monthly rates.
